Is this hand-drawn or digital?
Every portrait is digitally created by our artists using your photo as reference. It is not a printed photo filter — a person designs each piece — but it is produced digitally rather than with physical pencil on paper.
What photo should I upload?
A clear, well-lit, front-facing photo with good focus works best. Avoid group photos, sunglasses, or very low-resolution images if possible.
How long does it take?
You will typically receive a digital proof within 2-3 working days. Framed prints take a further 3-5 working days to produce and ship after approval.
Can I request changes?
Yes. Every order includes revisions on your digital proof until you're happy, before we finalise and print.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal, at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and timelines are calculated at checkout based on your address.
